- Orders are shipped on business days (Monday-Friday) only.
- Once the item has been shipped, we will no longer be responsible for the delay of the delivery. Please allow more time for delivery during the holidays.
- We have a flat rate of 149 Php for shipping all orders made in our webstore.
- You can pay via GCash, Paypal, Bank Transfer, Bank Deposit, and Credit Card.
- Depending on your preferred payment method, your order will be processed and shipped within 2-3 working days after payment verification.
- Shipping times may vary from between 3-10 working days depending on the type of product and the availability of stocks.
Purchased the wrong item/size/color? We will be giving you a maximum of 7 days from the day you recieved your item/s to return and exchanged at your own expense.
If either of these conditions exist:
- Broken or missing stitches
- Untrimmed threads / excess fabric
- Dimensions out of tolerance (cutting issues, faulty patterns, incorrect sizing)
- Puckering / Open Seams / Defective Button / Zippers
