MONOGRAM FAQ

1. What colours can you monogram? gold, silver, blind emboss (please specify this on the ADD A NOTE to YOUR ORDER text box found below Your Shopping Cart summary).
   
   
2. What does blind emboss mean? 

   Blind emboss means that no foil is applied to monogram.  The monogram will be indented into the leather but not coloured.

3. What fonts do you monogram? We offer two fonts - SERIF or SANS SERIF (please specify this on the ADD A NOTE to YOUR ORDER text box found below Your Shopping Cart summary).
   
   
4. How many letters can I have monogrammed on my item? You can have up to seven (7) characters monogrammed on each item but please note that some of our smaller items, can only fit up to 3-5 letters.
   
   
5. What is the lead time for the monogramming? Please note that personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Kindly allow 2-3 days lead-time before we ship out your monogrammed pieces.
